The young Portuguese artist was attracted by the various for sale and for rent signs punctuating the streets of Besançon. Several signs and banners were thus installed in Besançon in places chosen by Wasted Rita: monuments, houses and urban structures that are part of the routine strolls of the bisontins. Each of the artist’s poetic announcements gives voice to the architectures and places and also comes to challenge us and reveal intimate universal thoughts in broad daylight and in full view of all.
