Description
The recorded sounds were all from this haven of peace. They were then processed and disseminated through the pipes hanging from the façade.Visitors eager for experimentation could also scratch, rub or tickle the two strange instruments placed at the foot of the house so that the created sounds mingle with the soundscape.

Biography
Sound concept creator for the pioneer of electro-acoustic music Pierre Henry and artistic co-director of Lutherie Urbaine, Étienne Bultingaire is a conscientious artist-poet of the acoustic in situ who mixes an extreme precision with little-known recovered materials or sound properties. He creates for the Clos Barbizier an interactif sound scenary: the sounds captured are traited and then diffused while doing echo to the interventions of those who will scratch, rub or play two unusual instruments he will build and install within the Clos Barbizier during the first days of Bien Urbain.
