Description
The opening of the 4th edition of Bien Urbain took place at Clos Barbizier where Étienne Bultingaire and Ben Farey (Tricyclique Dol) improvised an outdoor concert.
A break of experimental music that came to disturb this heaven of peace and introduce Paysage Sonore, an ephemeral in situ installation proposed by Étienne Bultingaire.
Event carried out in partnership with Elektrophonie and Lutherie Urbaine. A big thank to Rodia and the Center Dramatique National de Besançon for their technical support.

Biography
Sound concept creator for the pioneer of electro-acoustic music Pierre Henry and artistic co-director of Lutherie Urbaine, Étienne Bultingaire was a conscientious artist-poet of the in situ acoustic who mixed an extreme precision with little-known recovered materials or sound properties.
He created for the Clos Barbizier an interactif sound scenary: the sounds captured are traited and then diffused while doing echo to the interventions of those who will scratch, rub or play two unusual instruments he built and installed in the Clos Barbizier during the first days of Bien Urbain 4.
